Casablanca airport shuttle: practical questions
Before booking your Casablanca airport shuttle, here are the answers to the questions we're asked most often about the ride from Mohammed V.
How long does the ride take?
Between Mohammed V Airport and central Casablanca, allow roughly 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic and your arrival time. At rush hour the ride can take a little longer. For Rabat or Marrakech, the duration is given when you book.
How will you recognise your driver?
Your Km Zero contact waits for you at the exit of the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. Before you leave, you receive their first name and instructions on WhatsApp. If you can't see them straight away, message us: we'll guide you live.
What if you have a lot of luggage?
Tell us how many suitcases you have when you book. The vehicle is chosen accordingly so everyone travels comfortably. A child seat can also be arranged on request; just mention it in your message.
What happens if your flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. The pick-up time follows your actual landing time, with 60 minutes of waiting included after landing. You have nothing to do, except let us know if you're held up at border control.
Why book rather than take a taxi on the spot?
On arrival, tired and with your luggage, you don't have to look for a taxi or haggle. The price is fixed in advance, transport is provided by a licensed tourist transport company, and one person follows you on WhatsApp all the way to your door.
Can you book the return to the airport?
Yes. The return to Mohammed V Airport is an option you can add when booking, or later from your client account. We tell you the recommended departure time based on your flight.
Is the shuttle shared with other travellers?
No. The vehicle is reserved for you and the people travelling with you. You leave as soon as you come out, without waiting for other passengers, and you're dropped off directly at your address.
Which cities can you reach from the airport?
Casablanca is included in all our services. Rabat, Marrakech and other cities are available as an option, priced by distance and confirmed with you before payment. Just enter your destination in the form.
Is a night arrival possible?
Yes. For a late-evening or early-morning flight, the “Night arrival” option is offered automatically. Your welcome works exactly the same way, with a sign bearing your name at the exit.
