For a question about a service, a current booking or a last-minute change. Write whenever you like; we answer during our opening hours, and as a priority on the day you arrive.

By email

For a detailed request, a company quote, a partnership or press enquiries. Attach your documents if needed. We usually reply within the working day.

By phone

For an emergency on the day you arrive, for example if you can't find the person waiting for you. The same number also works on WhatsApp.

Are you a partner?

Licensed transport company, estate agency, hotel, riad or school: introduce your business in the form by choosing “Become a partner”. We'll get back to you for a first conversation.

Before you write

Many answers are already in our FAQ: booking, payment, flight delays, cancellation, services for students and companies. A quick look may save you time.

On the day you arrive

Keep your phone on when you land and connect to the airport Wi-Fi if needed. Your Km Zero contact messages you to tell you where they're waiting. If you're held up at border control, a simple message is enough.

Which language to write in?

Write in whichever language suits you: we answer in French, Portuguese and English. For other languages, we do our best to understand you and reply clearly.

When will you get an answer?

During our opening hours, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm, we reply quickly on WhatsApp. Messages received in the evening or on Sunday are handled first thing the next working day.

For an existing booking

Give your name, arrival date and flight number. You can also follow your booking, invoices and documents from your client account.

Your data

The information you send us is only used to answer you and organise your arrival. It is never sold. Details are in our privacy policy.

A company quote request

To welcome employees, interns or guests, describe the planned arrivals: dates, flights, number of people, destination cities and any special needs. We send you a proposal with no commitment, with a single invoice in the company's name if you wish.

A complaint

If something didn't go as planned, email us with your booking details. We'll answer you personally and work with you to find a solution.
