Terms and conditions of sale
Terms of sale for Km Zero services: booking, deposit, prices, performance and liability.

Purpose
These terms govern the sale of Km Zero services: Traveller, Arrival, Settle In and Premium, and their options.
Nature of the service
Km Zero is a welcome and organisation service. Transport is provided by licensed partner tourist transport companies.
Booking
Bookings are made online. The contract is concluded when the deposit is received, which is confirmed on WhatsApp and by email. For Premium, it is concluded when the quote is accepted.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in dirhams (MAD); equivalents in euros and FCFA are indicative. A 30% deposit is paid when booking, the balance on arrival. Premium is on quote. The deposit is paid through PayPal (with or without an account, including by bank card) or through a money transfer service (Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria…); in the latter case, the booking is confirmed once the funds are received.
Options
Some options are free, others are paid. The price of paid options and of transfers outside Casablanca is confirmed before payment.
Flight delays
Km Zero tracks your flight: the welcome adapts free of charge to the actual landing time. Waiting is included up to 60 minutes after landing; beyond that, a surcharge may apply, unless you are held up at border formalities and let us know.
