Why “Km Zero”?
Kilometre zero is the point from which all distances are measured. It's also the moment you set foot in Morocco. In our logo, the plane and its dotted path tell the story of your journey, from anywhere in the world to point zero, where Km Zero takes over.
Our role
A welcome and organisation service
Km Zero owns no vehicles. We organise your arrival from start to finish and rely on selected partners: licensed tourist transport companies, estate agencies, hotels, riads, hosts and a telecom operator.
You have a single contact, reachable on WhatsApp. We coordinate the partners so everything is ready on the day you arrive, at the price announced.

The team
Founded in Casablanca
Km Zero was born in Casablanca from a simple idea: nobody should arrive alone in a new country. Our team answers you in French, Portuguese and English. TODO introduction of the founder and team, photo.

What Km Zero does, and what it doesn't
Km Zero organises your arrival in Morocco from start to finish. To make everything clear from the outset, here is exactly what our role is.
What we do
We welcome you at the exit of Mohammed V Airport, organise your transfer to your accommodation and, depending on your plans, help with your paperwork, your school or your housing. We remain your single contact before, during and after your arrival.
What we don't do
We're neither a taxi company nor a travel agency. Transport is provided by licensed tourist transport companies, our partners. We never promise results on behalf of public authorities or schools.
How we choose our partners
Transport companies, estate agencies, hotels and schools are selected for their reliability and punctuality. We visit the homes we suggest, and we never name a partner without their agreement.
Why you can trust us
The price is fixed before you leave, the deposit is limited to 30% and the cancellation policy is written down in black and white. You know in advance who is waiting for you, how much you'll pay and how to reach us.
A team you can reach
Our team answers on WhatsApp and by email, in French, Portuguese and English, Monday to Saturday. On the day you arrive, the person waiting for you is the one you've been talking to.
Our written commitments
Flight tracked in real time, 60 minutes of waiting included, cancellation refunded up to 72 hours before arrival: our commitments are published on the website and set out in our terms of sale.
