Cancellation policy
Terms for changing and cancelling Km Zero bookings.

Changing a booking
You can change the date, flight or service free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival, subject to availability. Any price difference is shown to you before confirmation.
Cancelling a booking
More than 72 hours before your arrival: the deposit is refunded. Between 72 and 24 hours: 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 24 hours before, or if you don't show up and we hear nothing 60 minutes after landing: the deposit is kept. For Premium, the terms are set out in the quote.
Deposit
The 30% deposit confirms your booking. It is refunded in the cases above, using the payment method you used. Money transfer fees (Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria…) are not refunded.
Flight cancelled or heavily delayed
If your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 6 hours, we move your welcome to the new date free of charge, or refund your deposit, as you prefer.
How to cancel?
From your client account, on WhatsApp or by email. You receive a confirmation of the cancellation and, where applicable, of the refund.
