You give us your flight, your destination and your details, then pay a 30% deposit, even from abroad. Premium is on quote.

We prepare your arrival
Your Km Zero contact messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the details. Depending on your service, we also prepare your paperwork, your school or your accommodation.

We wait for you at the exit
On the day, we track your flight. At the Mohammed V airport exit, someone is waiting for you with a sign bearing your name.

You arrive home
The transfer to your accommodation is provided by a licensed partner tourist transport company. You pay the balance on arrival.

Depending on your service and options: help with your paperwork, housing viewings, WhatsApp follow-up during your first month.

How long before my arrival should I book?
Ideally 7 days before your arrival, and no later than 48 hours before. For the Settle In service, allow 4 to 6 weeks before the start of term.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time: the welcome follows your actual landing time, with 60 minutes of waiting included. If you're held up at passport control or baggage claim, let us know on WhatsApp: we'll wait at no extra cost.
Is Km Zero a taxi?
No. Km Zero is a welcome and organisation service. The transfer is carried out by licensed tourist transport companies, our partners.
Book an airport welcome: what to have ready
To book an airport welcome in a few minutes, you just need a few details to hand. Here's the list, and what we do next.
Your flight details
The flight number, the date and the scheduled landing time. With the flight number, we track your plane in real time and adapt if it's delayed.
Your arrival address
The address of your hotel, riad, Airbnb or home. If you don't have accommodation yet, tell us what you need: preferred neighbourhood, budget and length of stay. We make suggestions with the Arrival and Settle In services.
A WhatsApp number
Your Km Zero contact uses WhatsApp to confirm the details, send you instructions for your arrival and stay reachable during your stay. Enter it with your country code.
Paying the deposit
You pay 30% when booking, through PayPal with or without an account, by bank card or by money transfer. The balance is paid when you arrive. For Premium, we send you a quote first.
What happens after you book
You receive a confirmation on WhatsApp and by email. Your Km Zero contact checks the details with you, then a few days before departure sends you the airport instructions: where to exit, who's waiting and how to reach them.
On the day you arrive
We track your flight. At the exit of the arrivals hall, someone waits for you with a sign bearing your name, helps with your luggage and walks you to the vehicle. You pay the balance once you reach your destination.
And if you change your mind?
You can change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. The deposit is refunded if you cancel more than 72 hours before, according to our cancellation policy.
